When 4KORNERS takes the stage, expect a high-energy performance like no other. A veteran DJ of the international club scene, he has now turned his attention to creating the music he uses to move crowds. Born and raised in cultural mosaic that is Toronto, Canada, his sound is bass heavy electronic music deeply rooted in hip hop, with the caribbean, rock, funk and pop music influences of his upbringing. Couple that with the sounds he continues to discover along his travels as a DJ and what you get is a truly unique perspective on music.

As a DJ, his resume speaks for itself. He does regular club shows in his hometown and across Canada, including his post as Official DJ of the NBA’s Toronto Raptors, playing to 20,000 people at every home game for the past 11 seasons. He was also the 2016 NBA All Star Game DJ. Add to that his rigorous tour schedule which takes him to clubs & concerts worldwide and it’s no wonder why he is regarded as one of Canada’s top DJs, and has won numerous awards along the way. Whether it’s the Cannes Film Festival, Paris Fashion Week the Olympic Games or the F1 Grand Prix, his high energy and eclectic sound radiates throughout his performance. Further, frequently playing events with, hosted and attended by A-Listers including Drake, Kanye West, Michael Jordan, Justin Timberlake, Puff Daddy, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez and countless others only adds to his already impressive resume.

As a producer, 4KORNERS’ music has caught the ear of some of the biggest names in the business as he as received support from Skrillex, DJ Snake, Vice, Just Blaze, Dillon Francis, and Flosstradamus to name a few. His single “WORK”, a collaboration with Diplo run label Mad Decent’s TWRK, was a staple from clubs to festivals for an entire year. His remix of Joe Ghost’s “LIBG” released on Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak Records helped solidify him as one to watch. In 2016, 4KORNERS launched his own record label and lifestyle brand, Wrong Angle Records, as a platform to release his music and the music of like minded artists. To date he has released two singles of his own on the label, with more releases on the way. As a DJ in the clubs for over 10 years, and on-air with Z103.5 FM for over 9 years, Danny D has come to be known as “The People’s DJ.” His genuine love of music lends to his success as a DJ. As Eye Weekly’s Reader’s Choice Award recipient for best DJ in Toronto for 2004, the torontonightclub.com 2009 Radio Personality of the year, and the 2010 Stylus Awards Club Dance DJ, Danny’s artistic versatility, ingenuity and authenticity contribute greatly to the development of his own unique sound. In 2005, he took that sound into music production, and has proven to be a successful independent artist. Danny is a Juno nominee, has sold almost a half-a-million mixed CD compilations (featuring his own remixes and original productions), he has toured across North America, and Danny has only just begun to break ground. In My Coma is an alternative rock band formed in Grimsby Ontario and the creation of songwriter/vocalist/guitarist, Jasper James. Born in Guildford, a small city south of London, England, Jasper grew up listening to the popular British bands of the 80s. Jasper is joined by LauraDoll on bass, Mike Paterson on drums, and Linz Clark on keys. Scoring coveted opening slots with the likes of Moist, Sum41 and Jeff Martin (The Tea Party), In My Coma has been winning over crowds and building their fan base with a high energy show that includes an arsenal of stellar new tracks. Boasting alternative rock anthems defined by roaring guitars and infectious melodies, the new album and live performance showcase the band’s undeniable appeal and smouldering intensity.
